1. Timely reply to customer inquiries, actively serve customers, and arrange work hours reasonably according to the working hours of foreign customers; Explore new customers and maintain existing ones;

2. Real time monitoring of market trends, selecting potential explosive products and creating explosive products; Track the operating rules of the website platform, market environment, and competitors, and coordinate and adjust online store operations in a timely manner;

3. Analyze data, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the store, and optimize it in a timely manner

4. Manage various advertisements such as P4P and shop windows

5. Complete the sales targets set by the company and complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time

6. Familiar with the operation of foreign social platforms such as SNS (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok) is preferred;

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, English proficiency level 4 or above, basic writing and reading abilities, international trade, English major, and conversational skills are preferred;

2. More than 2 years of experience in independently operating Alibaba International store, B-end; Proficient in Alibaba rules, decorating stores, and managing P4P;

3. I have a certain understanding of foreign trade blogs, forums, community information sharing platforms such as Google groups, Yahoo ask, etc. I have a quick response and collection ability for information and market knowledge, and can provide materials for operations, traffic attraction, etc;

5. Passionate about operational work, with a keen observation and capture ability of the market and data, and a strong sense of teamwork.

6. Able to use GPT-4o, ERNIE Bot and other AI tools is preferred
